Shipping and Delivery
All our products are delivered within the stipulated time frame to all major cities across India using the Lobby/Agrasen Global delivery network. Unless otherwise due to unexpected reasons, there are minor chances of delay in shipment and the customer would be notified about this. We take extreme care to give you the ultimate shopping experience and deliver the products to you directly with our own logistics.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Time
- Products are usually sent within a couple of days once we receive your order
- All products are sent via our Lobby delivery network within the stipulate timeframe that is shared to you, once we do the shipment
- If for some unforeseen reasons, the shipment is delayed due to some bottlenecks, we ensure that this is communicated to you immediately. If you want to know about your shipment status, feel free to contact us.
- In case of pre-orders or made to order, the expected delivery time is 12-15 days from the shipment date. The day of shipping will be communicated to you and this is the time maximum time we take to deliver pre-orders.
- There are applicable shipping charges to your order and it will be added to your order amount.
Tracking an Order
We always put our best to deliver your order well within the given time frame typically within 10 days from when we receive the order and in case of pre order, within 12-15 days. In case of delays, we inform our customers of it. In case of rare chances, even after 10 days, you have not received any communication from us, you can reach out to at our customer care contact number or email to us at email@example.com. As of now, we do not have an online method of tracking the order as to know where exactly in transit it is. But we ensure that effective communication is done to let the customers know the details
- Please check for any discrepancies or damages in the product, if any including breakage, cracks, infestations, etc.
- In case of dirt or dust on the surface, typically the advocated practice is to rub the surface with the cloth and our team will assist you with this
- For products that need assemble, our delivery team will assist you and please ensure complete intact assembly of the product
- For products that require wall installation, please be well prepared beforehand where you want it to be installed and instruct our delivery team of the same. Take prior permissions well in advance
- For products on the floor, ensure that they stand steady without shakiness and in case of uneven position, our team can fix bushes with 5mm length difference. If it is too shaky and more than 5mm length uneven space, then we will arrange for it to be replaced
- Once the product is delivered and installed, we will take up any warranty issues with reasonable problems and manufacturing defects
- In case if you have received a damaged product, in spite of our quality control standards, please let the delivery person know about this or get in touch with us via email or customer care. We will take necessary measures to assess the damage and replace if needed
- You can cancel the order any time before delivery, but for made to order items we do not honor cancellations or exchange.
